- Only products that are in unused, resaleable, and brand new conditions may request for returns within the first 30 days of purchase. A restocking fee may apply unless the VRTX SPORTS have the full responsibility of the damage.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. For exchange due to customer’s preference (i.e., exchange to different sizes and colors), returning cost and the replacement cost will be applied at the expense of the customer.
- To return or exchange a product, email info@vrtxsports.com, including your order number, name of the product and the reason for the return or exchange. Once we receive your request, we will provide a return authorization number and a shipping instruction for you to follow.
- The Velcro part of the product needs to be free of particles (unused and clean) in order to receive a full refund.
- The product should be free of tear, dirt, particles, or traces of use to be accepted for a return and refund.
